Can't connect to PC!

Hi, I bought the Zuk Z1, two months back, and this is my first post on the XDA community, hope you guys help me.
The problem I am suffering with is I can't connect to my PC via MTP or File Transfer. Either of them, when diagnosed with Windows Troubleshooter, it says driver problem.
