i want to ask something guys for lg flex 2

I want to ask i recenlty changeed my motherboard because of bootlooping with warranty on lg i flashed 6.0.1 for h955 and the phone is great for my task do you think it will happen again again because a friend told me it will and i must sold it now but i love it will it happen?
